Refund Policy - LVL Funding

Core Policy Statement

As a general rule, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once an evaluation plan has been purchased and the trading environment has been made available. By purchasing a plan, you acknowledge that the service — access to the evaluation platform — is delivered immediately upon payment confirmation, which removes the standard right of withdrawal applicable to undelivered digital goods.

What You Are Purchasing

The fee paid when acquiring an LVL Funding evaluation plan is a service fee for immediate access to a simulated trading environment with defined evaluation parameters. It is not:

  • A deposit or investment that can be returned;
  • A financial product or security;
  • A guarantee of access to real capital;
  • An entitlement to future profits.

Access to the evaluation platform is provided immediately upon payment confirmation. The service is therefore considered delivered at the moment of activation.

The Activation Fee (applicable exclusively to LVL ONE plans upon transition to the Compensated Simulator) is similarly a service fee and is not refundable once the Compensated Simulator account has been released.

Refund Scenarios

The overview below illustrates how the refund policy applies to the most common situations:

Failure to pass the evaluation

The trader does not reach the profit target, breaches the drawdown, or fails within the time limit. The service was rendered — platform access and the evaluation period were provided.

Disqualification for rule violation

The account is closed due to prohibited practices (latency arbitrage, unauthorised EAs, manipulation, credential sharing, etc.), fraud, or inappropriate conduct. Violations forfeit all claims to refunds permanently.

Voluntary cancellation after platform access

The trader decides to cancel after the evaluation has been activated and the trading environment made available, regardless of whether any trades were placed.

Activation Fee — account already released

The Activation Fee (LVL ONE plans) paid after passing the evaluation. Once the Compensated Simulator account is released, the fee is non-refundable.

Expiry of evaluation approval (CME plans)

For CME Futures plans, the trader has 15 calendar days after reaching the target to pay the Activation Fee. Failure to pay within this window causes the approval to expire with no right to refund or reactivation.

Expiry without activating the evaluation (MIDE-style)

If the plan was purchased but the trader failed to start (activate) the evaluation within the applicable window, no refund or reactivation is permitted.

Verified technical error preventing platform access

If LVL Funding's systems prevent platform access entirely due to a confirmed technical error on our end — not caused by the trader's equipment, browser, or internet connection — the company may, at its sole discretion, offer a plan reset, an extension, or a credit. Refunds in this case are reviewed individually.

Duplicate or erroneous payment

If the same plan was charged more than once due to a payment processing error, the duplicate charge will be reviewed and refunded. Evidence must be submitted to team@lvlfunding.trade within 7 days of the transaction date.

Refundable (evidence required)
Note on change of mind: Changing your mind, choosing not to trade, discovering the programme is not suitable for your strategy, or dissatisfaction with evaluation outcomes are not grounds for a refund. We strongly encourage all prospective traders to review the Official Rules and FAQ before purchasing.

How to Submit a Request

If you believe you have a valid claim under this policy (e.g. duplicate payment or platform access error), follow the steps below:

Prepare your documentation

Gather your order number, payment receipt, account email, and any screenshots or evidence supporting your claim.

Contact LVL Funding by email

Send a clear and detailed request to team@lvlfunding.trade with the subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Account Email]". Include all relevant documentation.

Wait for review

Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days. A full review will be completed within 5 business days of receiving all required documentation.

Receive a decision

We will communicate the outcome to your registered email address. If approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days via the original payment method where available.

Platform Subscriptions (BlackArrow)

The BlackArrow trading platform (by Nelogica) includes 30 days free from account activation. After the free period, monthly charges apply:

  • BlackArrow One: USD $15/month;
  • BlackArrow Pro: USD $20/month.

These subscription fees are billed automatically. Non-payment results in account closure within 5 calendar days after the billing date. Subscription fees already charged are non-refundable. To avoid future charges, the trader must cancel the subscription before the next billing cycle by notifying LVL Funding at team@lvlfunding.trade.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating an unauthorised chargeback with your bank or payment provider — for a purchase that does not qualify for a refund under this policy — is considered a breach of these Terms. In such cases, LVL Funding reserves the right to:

  • Immediately and permanently terminate all associated accounts;
  • Forfeit any pending profits or withdrawal requests;
  • Provide the payment processor with documentation demonstrating that the service was delivered as described;
  • Restrict future access to LVL Funding services.

If you have a legitimate dispute, please contact us directly before initiating any payment reversal procedure. We are committed to resolving genuine issues promptly.

Cancellation of Trader Relationship

A trader may voluntarily exit their relationship with LVL Funding at any time by sending a written notice to team@lvlfunding.trade. Cancellation does not entitle the trader to any refund of fees previously paid. Any pending withdrawal requests that meet all withdrawal criteria will be processed according to the standard schedule before the relationship is closed.

LVL Funding may also terminate the relationship unilaterally in the circumstances set forth in the Terms & Conditions (Section 10). In all termination scenarios involving rule violations, fraud, or prohibited conduct, no refund is issued.

Amendments to This Policy

LVL Funding may update this Refund Policy at any time. The applicable version is the one published at lvlfunding.trade on the date of purchase. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
